Figure out what employees want to use AI for and give them sanctioned, safe alternatives.
Use security tools to monitor activity and keep employees from sharing sensitive data with unsafe systems, or even accessing them at all.
Educate employees on the risks of AI and how to use it safely, because you can’t solve this problem with technology alone.
Hold employees accountable when they violate AI policies.
